I work with individuals over the age of 18, many of whom are navigating issues of identity and self-worth or are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. I also work with clients who are searching for a way to heal from PTSD, childhood and/or relational trauma. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those who identify as trans/queer/gender expansive, as well as with people who are healing from religious trauma and/or spiritual abuse.

Are therapy sessions confidential?
