I offer support to individuals in their process of cultivating insight, deepening self-awareness and making purposeful change. With curiosity and compassion, we will explore inner emotional experiences, thought processes and relational patterns. I strive to support my clients in living in alignment with their most wise, easeful and connected selves. Through a commitment to look within, I believe that healing, growth and relief from suffering can occur.
I am guided by humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic and mindfulness-based therapeutic perspectives. I am grounded in an integrative framework drawing from my background as a massage therapist, yoga instructor and years of meditation practice. In my experience, the most profound and enduring transformation typically occurs when the whole person is addressed.
My clinical experience includes work in college counseling and private practice. I am honored to work with individuals from all backgrounds and identities, from adolescents to older adults, and with a range of issues involving: anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, spirituality, trauma and physical health concerns.
