My Clinical Social Work practice is rooted in over 20 years of providing trauma-informed care and integrative mind-body-spirit support to diverse populations who have experienced trauma, grief, violence, victimization, life-threatening illness, and loss as well as those who desire space to navigate life waves and transitions.
I believe in the power of connection and engage the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space for healing, exploration, and growth. My integrative clinical social work practice is creatively empowered by trainings in psychedelic psychotherapy, Narrative Medicine, trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and dreamwork.
In addition to my social work role, I am also a lifelong competitive figure skater and am head coach of the University of Vermont Synchronized Skating Team.
