I am a licensed professional counselor and certified wellness coach in private practice. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I believe in a proactive, wholistic approach that emphasizes how we think, believe and feel about ourselves and our environment.
Depending on the needs of my clients, I may do home visits, gentle movement or exercise therapy or what my clients like to call "walk and talk therapy". My goal is to help my clients to reach their personal goals and achieve better emotional, physical and social well-being.
