I believe we are already whole and intrinsically precious but have forgotten and need to get back to a place of wholeness and connection. I offer brief marital therapy that normally concludes in under 10 sessions. I use a responsibility and acceptance approach. I specialize in affair recovery, sexuality, and building healthy communication patterns. I provide individual therapy from a systems orientation. Most of my clients are going through transitions or are experiencing relationship distress and emotional upheaval. I focus on building resilience, and improving communication.
