There are times in life when something is bothering us and we can’t understand why we are perpetually distressed by this situation or event. Why do we keep going over and over the problem only to come to the same conclusion and, yet, still feel unfulfilled? What’s wrong? It helps to share these complex thoughts and feelings with others who can help give new perspective and create meaning where there seems to be none.
