Have the courage to take your first step toward happiness by freeing yourself from the obstacles in your way. I use cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as expressive tools, such as art, to teach clients of all ages how to successfully navigate the challenges in their lives, learning to overcome: anxiety, depression, stress, panic disorders, ASD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD and other potentially debilitating diagnoses. All of our work will be done together in a supportive, relaxed, creative, and comfortable environment.
