I am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. In particular, I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults, although I see clients of all ages. My goal as your therapist is to help you let go of the parts of yourself that no longer support your best interests and goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for client growth and that humor is an effective therapeutic modality that can optimize recovery and facilitate client empowerment.
I have a strong background in trauma and approach therapy with a focus on creating an internal sense of safety and self-compassion. My therapy style is integrative and client-driven, as I believe that people are constantly evolving and require individualized therapeutic approaches.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused therapy modalities, and incorporate attachment-based theories into my work. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey. You're much stronger than you think - I promise!
