I utilize a holistic approach to wellbeing for people seeking quality of life. I use both traditional & contemporary/alternative approaches to therapy & I meet clients where they are & together we create a plan of care. I offer a sacred space (virtually) where people come to experience support & healing of mind, body & spirit. I accept most insurances. My self pay rate is 125.00 (I do have a sliding fee). I also offer Life Coaching- when a person does not have a mental health diagnosis & is seeking support for various reasons such as life & career changes... Life Coaching is not covered by insurance.
One of my goals when working with clients is to help them be empowered and connected to their inner wisdom. Sometimes people become disconnected from themselves and need help in reflecting upon and exploring who they are. We also reflect on what gives meaning to one's life and work on creating opportunities to experience it.
My formal education includes a Bachelors & Masters in Social Work and a Masters of Arts and Doctorate in Ministry/Spirituality/Mindfulness.
