Mood, health, and stressors can be chronic, temporary or both. There are ways to work through difficult circumstances without feeling like a sinking ship.
I can help with building coping skills and supports to work through difficult times using combined modalities that work best for an individual situation. I have experience through the the lifespan and worked with clients from 4-104 years old.
During this difficult and uncharted time I am available for telehealth (video) and phone appointments. Most major insurances cover telehealth as they would a face to face appointment.
