I am Elle, an LCMHC and podcast host in New Hampshire and Maine. I help people find the connection they long for. I do this by working with Couples Intensively. I specialize with Neurodivergent Couples. Cathy Allen has been working in the mental health field spanning over 20 years in a variety of settings. She earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, where she also studied Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. She has found success working with adults and Teenagers diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depression, attention disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorders, and trauma utilizing a person-centered, strength-based approach, and employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I work with children (ages 10 and up), teens, young adults, and families. I especially enjoy helping teens and young adults who feel stuck or overwhelmed in their day-to-day life despite being hardworking and empathetic. Often, my clients are looking to be heard, validated, and reminded that they are the experts on themselves and their experiences have shaped who they are today. Susan Bullivant, Therapist, is a dedicated and compassionate clinician who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to partner with you on your healing journey. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, she offers a unique blend of expertise. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, while tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She is certified in Brainspotting, Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Psychosynthesis, a spiritual psychology.

I will be on maternity leave from Feb '24 to May '24. I'm currently NOT accepting any new clients at this time. I enjoy working with children (ages 6 and up), teens, young adults, and families that are experiencing a variety of life's struggles. Feeling isolated, down, overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in negative patterns in our relationships are commonplace. Many people are dealing with the impact of traumatic events that have occurred in their lives. We can work collaboratively to deal with the emotional challenges and obstacles that are causing distress and work towards restoring balance and happiness in your life.

I'm a certified EMDR therapist licensed in New Hampshire and Maine and Massachusetts. EMDR is an approach to treating - not only trauma - but many other issues and negative core beliefs that keep us stuck. I'm interested in trauma, family trauma, sexual assault / abuse, supporting the LGBTQ+ community and the slightly eccentric and off-beat. I have no interest in being a cookie cutter, blank slate type therapist. If that’s what you’re looking for, I may not be for you. I'm a staunch ally - queer & trans affirming - and enjoy working with people as they discover who they are.

Jade Gibbons is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Sociology from Keene State College and a Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. Jade believes in an approach to therapy that develops a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental collaboration with clients and families as they work towards overcoming hardships and living more fulfilled lives.

I focus on radical self-acceptance, non-rumination when feelings stuck in difficult thought cycles, and understanding the nervous system habits in the process of healing and self-regulation.
