Because I spent most of my career at a community mental health center in Wolfeboro, NH, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from a wide range of individuals from various walks of life. I consider my counseling style to be flexible, collaborative, and compassionate. It is important that my clients feel understood and heard, and I aim to provide a safe and open-minded space for people to work through some of life’s most difficult challenges.
