I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, who graduated from Southern New Hampshire University. I have experience working as a counselor for Substance Misuse and Medication Assistant Program. I also provided therapeutic counseling in a psychiatric inpatient hospital. Additionally, I have assisted clients in the community and in a private practice setting, working with clients of 18 years and older.

With 30 years of experience treating trauma and grief, I find that Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing provides relief more rapidly than traditional talk therapies. I work with adults in short term individual tele-health treatment. Due to limited availability, appropriate referrals include folks who don't experience interfering problems such as substance abuse, suicidal thinking or a diagnosis of Chronic Complex PTSD.
