My main passion is working with individuals who struggle with symptoms related to Post-Traumatic Stress, Anxiety and Panic, Depression, and those who have survived trauma in it's many forms. I believe that individuals who have struggled with these various issues and adverse experiences can move forward in their lives to feel happier and be more productive in their efforts to find healing.

I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavioral, and Relational therapies. Any behavior is an intention to sustain the self; yet many times the preserving behavior exacerbates the distress, fear, sadness, or anger.

Are therapy sessions confidential?
