I work with clients to help them improve their relationships, to learn healthy ways of dealing with past or current stressors in life, and to change negative habits and patterns of behavior so they can achieve balance and feel peace in their lives. Clients receive direct feedback, emotional support and encouragement through a combination of various types of therapy.
Many people struggle with relationships, and I am committed to help clients manage conflict better, have more connection with others, and learn how to stand up for themselves while allowing only respectful treatment of themselves and others in their relationships.
I incorporate mindfulness, healthy coping skills, overall healthy lifestyle changes, and relational skills into my work with clients to support their treatment goals. My sessions are interactive in that I give direct feedback to clients and teach a variety of helpful skills as needed.
