I help clients to reduce stress through traditional counseling methods as well as holistic methods . I work with individuals, couples and families to help bring better balance and ease to their life.
In my work with couples and families, I help to identify patterns of communication that work, and those that are counterproductive. I have 20+ years experience working with teens and families. Life can be complicated, and relationships can be confusing and challenging. I focus on solutions; and use a strengths based perspective.
I have a wealth of experience working with many types of clients, and can tailor treatment to what will be most effective for you. My background in meditation and yoga, is an additional benefit for clients. I look forward to meeting you, and to help you be your best self.
