I provide support and guidance so that you are empowered to live a full, joyful, and authentic life. I lead with compassion, empathy, humor, and care. Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to share their story is incredibly important.

Welcome! I am working in RI only presently . I believe any problem large or small can be approached and solved in the right setting. I provide counseling for adults, and teens and I have been in the field for the past 26 years. The setting is holistic, safe, confidential, and a nuturing space that allows you to take a deep breath and relax. It is then that you and I can work on the right solutions for the issues at hand. The goals are for you to have learned tools from our sessions that you keep on using after therapy has ended and resolve issues that you are struggling in your life.

Our group practice centralizes care for People of Color, Queer, Transgender, Nonbinary, Neurodivergent, and Disabled communities. We are BIPOC & QT2S+ led. Hi! I am Ashley DeMenna (she/her). I am a down to earth, sex-positive Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a wealth of experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I take a conversational approach to my sessions and I specialize in working with clients who come through with a variety of backgrounds. I've performed hundreds of evaluations for children, teens and adults providing a warm and comfortable environment that makes testing less stressful and even enjoyable. My career experiences include work in schools, colleges, clinics, hospitals and presently private practice. I know it's important to bridge my experiences and expertise with the uniqueness of each person entering my office. A "One size fits all" approach is not my clinical style. Frank Sorensen, M.Ed, LMHC, LCDP is a psychotherapist with over twenty years experience counseling adolescents and adults with substance abuse and mental health issues. He has worked with diverse populations in various clinical settings such as hospitals, prisons, residential and intensive outpatient treatment programs. Frank obtained his Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College in 1999. Frank has a deep respect for each individual he encounters in his practice. He sees the innate goodness and the potential for wholeness in every person.
