You look successful on the outside — capable, accomplished, the one others lean on — while privately carrying overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety, or patterns that no longer serve you. Many of the adults we work with are professionals, healthcare providers, caregivers, and high achievers managing responsibility alongside trauma, perfectionism, self-criticism, or burnout.

You’re the mom who does it all — the school forms, the grocery lists, the mental load, the emotional labor. Everyone counts on you to keep things running, but lately, you’re running on fumes. You feel anxious, irritable, and overstimulated, even when nothing is technically “wrong.” You want to be present with your kids and patient with your partner, but your mind never stops spinning. You’re tired of holding it all together while silently falling apart. That’s where I come in. I help millennial moms who look “put together” on the outside but feel disconnected and overwhelmed on the inside.

My practice has evolved to using only telehealth and televideo. My specialty is working with people from age 30 up on identity crises, personal reinvention, financial stressors, retirement, downsizing, dealing with feelings of loss, change, anxiety and depression. I have worked with entire families, individuals and couples. There are a lot of misunderstandings between generations and between people. I act as a communication translator to help get people to understand one another. I am licensed to practice in MA and FL but geography should not be a limit so I can work with you outside of those two states as a life coach.
