I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression or anxiety seeking new ways to cope. I specialize in the treatment of relationship problems. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relaxation Training, Mindfulness techniques and fostering resiliency.
I am a psychotherapist with a six year teaching appointment to Brown University Medical School. My 20+ years of experience includes psychotherapy with individuals, families and couples. Working together, we will resolve unwanted feelings/symptoms/behaviors and develop a toolbox of coping skills. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
