As a therapist of over 30 years' training and experience in helping people with many kinds of life problems, I have worked on Cape Cod over 20 years. A few years ago I closed my private practice, planning to retire, but the pandemic and subsequent mental health crisis has compelled me to return to my original vocation, this time through "telehealth" appointments -- counseling over the internet via a secure platform. For those who don't use the internet easily, I will also help by telephone. In Massachusetts, your teletherapy is covered by your health insurance in the same way it would be covered for in-person sessions.

I'm a dancer, musician and artist as well as a therapist. I speak Dutch bilingually, German, some Spanish and French less fluently. I lived for many years in Europe.
