At Open Mind Counseling Services, I offer a non-judgmental, informed space for the development of self-reflective, compassionate processing of challenging past and current circumstances, and preparation for what's next in this changing world. I offer dynamic, multi-faceted approaches for healing, coping, and thriving. Let's figure this out together!

Life can feel heavy and overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. In my practice, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back and be gently challenged to grow. Anxiety is a normal human experience, but when it takes over, it’s time to reset. Together we’ll identify triggers, uncover patterns rooted in childhood, and create practical ways to shift them. Therapy is your time to focus on yourself, find clarity, and take meaningful steps toward change. If you feel stuck, you don’t have to stay there-progress is possible. This is your time to focus on yourself, build resilience, and take back control.
