As a Sports Therapist, I specialize in Athlete Mental Health, treating athletes from youth to adults at all levels with performance anxiety, perfectionism, injury recovery, athlete identity, and transition out of sport. I also support professionals and high performers manage stress, overcome imposter syndrome and reduce burnout. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions. I'm a former athlete and a therapist for athletes.
