I came into social work to help people reclaim their identity after abusive and violent relationships. My focus in the world of social work has always been in creating survivor-led, trauma-informed spaces. For the past 6 years, I've worked with nonprofits, domestic violence advocacy agencies, and most recently, at a police department on the domestic violence unit. And this is how I can help you- bringing my entire self into our therapy sessions and working with you on your healing journey.

I work with adults and older adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like themselves. This may include managing mood, stress, or sleep, navigating life transitions, adjusting to aging or health changes, moving through menopause, noticing memory changes, or supporting a loved one with cognitive decline. I also work with people focused on improving overall wellness, executive functioning, brain health, and longevity. Many of my clients are thoughtful people who know what might help but struggle to turn insight into action. Together, we create a clear, practical path forward so you can feel more grounded and in control.

Or maybe you're facing a loss, a transition, or relationship struggles. Whatever it is, you've tried to push through, but it’s not working. Yes, talking helps—and sometimes, you just need to get it all out. But that’s often just the starting point.

I’m a therapist who believes that real healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. I draw from person-centered, feminist, and Internal Family Systems approaches to help you better understand yourself and the world around you. As a queer, transgender therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room, especially when working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I love helping people untangle the expectations and systems that may be holding them back so they can move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
