I am an innovative, accomplished, well-rounded, seasoned therapist and coach with 16 years of practice. I've worked with all age groups and feel comfortable working with challenging issues. In session we can: fix or resolve, reduce stress, get clarity, recover, learn to regulate emotions, sort through life plans, stop worrying or ruminating, heal emotional wounds, eliminate symptoms, discuss root issues, unpack truths, explore existential meaning, or get support. My clients discover why things are how they are, and obtain tools and methods for change. They trust the process of therapy and they trust me to help.

It also brings on extra strain in areas such as finances, relationships, careers, and self care. In addition, sometimes family planning does not go as expected. I help parents deal with infertility, miscarriage, loss, etc. Mothers also can have difficult pregnancies, birth trauma, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I'm here to listen, help you identify ways to cope, and help you work through realistic solutions.
