I believe that a collaborative partnership between client and therapist is the foundation for healing and growth. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who struggle with anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief, and the effects of stress on their lives. While much of my experience has focused on supporting women in various stages of their lives, I seek to provide an inclusive, nonjudgmental, safe space for all clients to explore their inner lives and external stressors. I bring focus to client strengths, practicing self-compassion, and cultivating joy.
