I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and life changes. I strive to listen deeply and to build meaningful connections, while helping people to better understand themselves and their experiences. My approach is warm, kind, curious and non-judgmental. My hope is that therapy is a safe, supportive space where you can be authentic and gain insight about your life.
I support high school and college aged students to manage the stressors of academics, relationships, and family life. With ten years of experience working in schools at the middle, high school, and university level, I am able to help students and families navigate educational systems, including special education referrals and the college application process.
In addition to working with students, I also enjoy supporting new moms with the transition to motherhood and I have extensive training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. Please call or email me to see if working together feels like a good fit and to answer any questions you may have.
