I offer telehealth clinical mental health counseling to adult Massachusetts residents. My counseling style is holistic and we will consider all aspects of you - your health, happiness, and sense of fulfillment. Treatment is LGBTQIA+, kink, and nonmonogamy affirming and sex positive. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. We all have experienced suffering of one kind or another throughout our lives, but it can feel very challenging to talk about your hardship with others. I would be honored to walk your path with you and collaborate on ways that we can reduce suffering and increase wellness in your life.
Many individuals work on specific issues such as relationships, stress, and worry. Others may be unsure what is wrong but feel that things could be better. Some may seek a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and happiness in life. I look forward to creating a plan and working together to achieve your goals.
Finding a good fit for therapy can be challenging. I offer a free 50 minute consultation so we have a chance to get to discuss your needs and decide if it makes sense to work together. I use an online telehealth platform for easy scheduling and secure communication. I hope to make engaging in therapy as stress-free as possible.
