It is our mission to work holistically with individuals and families using a strategic and strengths-based approach to help our clients be an “open book” throughout the therapeutic process. We help to maximize existing coping strategies while developing new pathways for increasing competency, functioning, and self esteem. We believe that everyone can be successful and have a better quality of life.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive and emotional challenges in children, teens, adults, couples, and seniors, utilizing a multi-disciplinary, solution-focused approach that incorporates the latest knowledge about the brain, learning, human behavior and emotion. We make sure to assess and treat all all challenging symptoms.
