I am a Clinical Psychologist. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral parent training, along with school consultation when needed, to treat a broad range of emotional and behavioral challenges among children and adolescents. I specialize in the treatment of youth anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and behavior problems. I use scientifically proven practices to alleviate mental health difficulties with the overarching goal of promoting the positive development of my clients.
My approach is time-limited, goal-oriented, and individually-tailored. I focus on teaching youth and their parents coping skills with the goal of helping my young clients become their own therapists, as their parents become their coaches.
I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. I am the Co-Director of the Child Depression Program and a Psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. I am an Associate in Psychology in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. I conduct clinical research and provide training and supervision.
