I have over 10 years of experience as an LICSW offering individual counseling services to my clients. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy to create a unique treatment approach based on each clients individual needs. I help my clients learn to make themselves a priority, develop positive self-care, & nurture inner needs/wants in order to realize wholeness of self.
Life transitions, women's issues, work/life balance, relationship problems, mood disorders and anxiety are just a handful of the areas I specialize in. A special focus on the mind/body connection is explored to help clients find peace and create meaningful change.
