Therapy allows a person to explore and develop skills to effectively cope with personal and growth's transitions and challenges. I work with each individual on finding the right balance of mind, body, spirit connection that gives a person the ability to better assess for personal goals and plan for a more satisfying future.
I utilize CBT techniques for insight and symptom reduction. I am interactive in my approach and style with an emphasis on understanding the relationship between the way we feel and the the we think.
