As a Licensed Therapist, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals, helping them to recognize their full potential. Therapy can be a powerful and exciting experience. I offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Together, we will identify problematic beliefs/behaviors/feelings and work towards surrendering destructive habits/thoughts/feelings that no longer serve you, causing emotional difficulties and/or personal problems.
I've worked extensively with adults and adolescents on a wide range of issues including but not limited to complex addiction issues, anxiety, depression, managing conflict, stress management, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment to motherhood. My style can be described as non-judgemental, empathic, motivational, inspirational and solution-focused.
I treasure individuality and do not subscribe to a, "one size fits all" therapeutic model. My approach is eclectic in nature which I have found allows for deeper exploration, introspection and creativity. I absolutely love my work and I hope this is felt by each client that I am privileged to work with.
