I utilize a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral therapy, along with positive psychology, mindfulness, stress management/progressive relaxation and personal coaching. My training in health psychology and in the medical/spinal injury field give me a unique skill set and makes working with other health professionals a good fit.
