I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 10 years of experience in the field. I graduated from the Boston University School of Social Work in 2013. Since that time, I have worked with a diverse range of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings dealing with substance use, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma related disorders and providing compassionate and effective care.

Welcome! I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of psychiatry, and providing psychotherapy to adults who struggle with mental illness and overall life challenges. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology at Trinity College, and my Master of Social Work Degree at Hunter College-CUNY. Are therapy sessions confidential?
Confidentiality is a crucial part of the therapeutic relationship. With very few exceptions, a therapist will only discuss their client with others when the client has given their written permission.
