Areas of focus include women who have experienced loss during pregnancy or after birth, young adults who feel immobilized after being in a school environment, women in the midst of life changes, individuals dealing with grief/loss after death/divorce/separation, and people recently diagnosed and/or living with chronic medical conditions.
Many of us feel as if we are a victim of circumstance, other people, illness or our emotions. It is hard to accept that the challenges and sorrow associated with living this life are inevitable. Fortunately, peace of mind comes from how we relate to pain, not its absence.
