I really enjoy working with couples and maintain a strong focus on developing healthy communication skills, increasing understanding, and building intimacy and trust. I offer judgment free, empathy and understanding and a safe space for addressing any issue or topic. I also work with individuals on a multitude of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement, as well as blended family issues.
