Therapy is a time to appreciate and develop patterns that are healthy and fulfilling, instead of just focusing on what's going wrong. I work towards establishing a trusting relationship where together we can collaboratively create goals that address your needs. We work together to address symptoms in a way that sustains long term change. I integrate tailored treatment to you so that you do not experience a “cookie cutter” approach.
Throughout my career I've worked with those who’ve experienced multiple traumas and losses to be able to redefine their experiences and themselves to move forward rather than be tied to their pasts. I am trained in three trauma focused evidence based approaches, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy
and parent child psychotherapy. I look forward to helping you move in the direction of health and balance. Thank you for your trust. -Leon is our therapy dog in training. He will be joining sessions occasionally and begin working towards coming in full time to support clients.-
