We experience a great deal of change in life. Change in age, expectations, relationships, family, work, etc. Change can be viewed as terrifying to some and exciting to others. Either way, it brings about feelings of discomfort and, at times, can be difficult to manage. On the other hand, change can also be something we aspire for whether it be getting ourselves “unstuck” in life, moving towards recovery from addiction, or working towards making healthier choices for ourselves and our loved ones.
Change is possible and it is important to find people in life that are supportive as we go through the journey of change and transformation. Whether it is sharing in joy or offering support to process thoughts and feelings, I provide a place of safety and security through the use of humor, empathy, and accountability.
