I believe that all people have within them the capacity for wholeness, and that access to this innate capacity can be facilitated by the use of consciousness technologies including (but not limited to) psychedelic medicines. I believe that our natural state prior to trauma and adversity is inner peace, and that it is the birthright of all people to experience this peace in daily life. It is my privilege to assist people in finding wholeness with the assistance of deep inquiry facilitated by the legal psychedelic medicine ketamine.

Hello and thanks for your interest in my services. I help people to reconnect with the life they would like to live. With the tools of mindfulness and cognitive therapy we work on gaining freedom from intrusive emotions and beliefs that don't serve them. Through getting in touch with their emotions and releasing them, they can find a fresh creative energy within. Most of my clients seek help with anxiety, excessive worries, depression, trauma, addiction or just a difficult relationship situation. I enjoy connecting with my clients and emphasize the power of a strong therapeutic relationship.

There is no such thing as "bad art" or "bad artists" in art therapy. You are also not too old or too (fill in the blank) to give it a try. Art therapy is highly adaptable and accesses both sides of your brain. The act of creating and altering images, in your own unique way can help to externalize, reorganize and regulate your emotional narrative in a way that words alone may not. I primarily specialize in working with teens and older adults who have emotional dysregulation, disability (cognitive and/or physical), are neurodiverse (ADHD/ASD/HSP), LGBTQIA2S+, PTSD, CPTSD. BUT you do not need a diagnosis to utilize art therapy.

Our world is changing at a dizzying pace. Social media, video games, and unlimited access to harmful material online continue to have a negative impact on us and how we feel mentally and physically. Human connection is an antidote. I offer a warm and non-judgmental (and humorous) space for us to explore whatever you are experiencing that is impacting your life negatively. Many people feel comfortable talking with me, including those who have found it difficult to connect with a therapist before.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples using an empathic, mindfulness based approach that is aimed at helping individuals move towards their goals. I help people work through a range of challenges including processing trauma, living with anxiety, living with depression, living with anger/rage, and working through interpersonal or family conflict. In addition, I also support people who may be struggling to achieve a balance and a feeling of control in their world. I offer a relaxed and supportive space that allows individuals to make their own choices in their process of moving towards their specific goals.

I am an experienced family therapist who has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I see self-pay clients and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am often the first person to see a young child when emotional and behavioral difficulties emerge in pre-school or Kindergarten. I can help figure out what's going on diagnostically and we can develop a treatment plan together. I have successfully helped children and adults with ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders like Depression and Bipolar Disorder.

You may have spent a long time feeling out of step — with expectations, relationships, or daily demands. Things that seem manageable for others can feel inconsistent or overwhelming. You may have found ways to push through or compensate, only for those strategies to become exhausting over time. Some clients come in with ADHD or autism; others come with anxiety depression or are dealing with past traumas. Many are beginning to question how they function and want to understand themselves better.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—and it takes courage to reach out for support. I would be honored to sit with you and explore what you’re carrying and look at life’s complexities with compassion and curiosity. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed. This means I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and together we’ll work to understand patterns, deepen self-awareness, and build on your existing strengths. I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace—because therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

What if your anxiety, sadness, or relationship challenges are actually invitations to grow and heal? I believe your struggles can be portals to self-discovery and transformation. In this meaningful work, I can offer heartfelt support from a holistic perspective. We’ll explore what’s arising for you while also turning toward your inner wisdom–the part of you that is already whole, connected, and capable of healing. I can assist you in uncovering subconscious blocks at the root of recurring patterns, relational dynamics, or emotional pain, leading you to an experience of lasting change.

For over 15 years I've worked with people who are done with always wearing a brave face. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, overthinking traps you in cycles, relationships feel complicated, or you just don’t recognize yourself anymore. Therapy is a place to be honest about what’s really happening.

I have been offering psychotherapy and substance abuse counseling to adults, couples and families for more than 30 years. With a combination of practical guidance, humor and respect, I work collaboratively with people to ease the stress and tensions that block them from living more fully. I have studied mindfulness and I have focused extensively on training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and it is the primary model I use in working with individuals and couples. Areas of interest include relationship issues, anxiety and depression, and recovery from addiction.

I have been in practice for 29 years and tailor my work to what an individual wants help with. Examples include how one's past affects current mental health, exploring relationship issues, identifying feelings, or becoming more assertive. In all cases I try to provide a safe and exploratory atmosphere. I enjoy working with people and find it satisfying to be helpful and see clients grow. I also enjoy continuing to learn about what helps people feel better, grow, and change. I am a graduate of the Smith School for Social Work and was trained and worked at the Children's Clinic in Northampton for 10 plus years.

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in therapy with children and adolescents. I believe we all develop "ways of being" in the world as a result of our innate temperament and early experiences. Psychotherapy and psychological testing offer the chance to look at these ways of being with a compassionate lens, honoring the value they have held in your life while determining whether they are still useful to you now. Through this process, new ways of being can emerge, leading to greater satisfaction in your life.

I have been working with individuals, families, couples, and groups since 1976. Counseling is a collaborative experience that empowers people in a confidential setting to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a person in long-term recovery myself and a veteran, I provide a safe and empathetic space to help you gain insight into your emotions through a recovery-centered approach. My own personal recovery has deep roots in spirituality. I help individuals, couples, families and groups to discover their inner strengths and walk alongside them as they uncover their own intrinsic resiliency.

I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which a safe and welcoming space is co-created. This space allows room to supportively explore-with curiosity and self-compassion-the patterns of interaction, behavior, and thoughts that might no longer serve their purpose. I am an accomplished clinician with 20 years of direct experience. I began my professional career in San Francisco and have since relocated back to my roots in central Massachusetts. I have worked successfully with many clients with a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, strengths, challenges, and coping strategies.
