I am not a managed care therapist - my commitment is to lasting change. I work with heterosexual, non-binary and LGBTQA+ individuals and couples. I also specialize in working with end of life, grief and loss, autism and deaf and hard of hearing issues.
I have years of experience working with anxiety/panic, depression, trauma, life changing illness, grief and loss. Each person is unique and each of my therapeutic relationships is too. While I draw on psychodynamic, bodycentered, mindfulness and relational perspectives, my treatment style conforms to you, not the other way around.
I am interested in the root of distress and how to transform it. I am honored to partake in people's journey of healing, through all stages of life. I am heartfelt, I participate and engage. Within relationship injury can occur - within relationship one can healed.
