If you struggle with intrusive thoughts, checking, reassurance seeking, anxiety, obsessions, or compulsions that are impairing your daily life, I may be able to help you. If you are struggling with the challenges of pregnancy, early parenthood, other perinatal stressors, I may be able to help.My two main specialties include diagnosis and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and perinatal/postpartum mental health issues. I also treat individuals with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, and mood disorders.
I specialize in CBT, CBT-informed, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapies to help address OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Perinatal/Postpartum Mental Health Issues. I strongly believe in the use of metaphor and it's healing value in therapy. I also offer clinical supervision for therapists.
