We offer a Bi-Weekly PTSD Support group. This is a FREE resource. If you cannot make it live, we will also have a Zoom option available. Don't hesitate to contact team@fcpsych.com or call (206) 624-3800 for the initial screening call. This is a 15-minute call to determine if you're a good fit for the group and to answer your questions. This is not a substitute for therapy or group therapy. This is a support group for those seeking support amongst the community and peers. Our group is Co-facilitated by Dr. Adler and Zara Sayles.
