The word renaissance literally means rebirth. So many things in our lives we were born into and did not get to choose; like our parents, our siblings, our homes, our genetics, nor the hand of fate in our lives. We began to write our rule book of life, long before we even knew how to write, and often we don’t realize we are still playing by those same rules that may no longer serve us.
