Because one size does not fit all, I practice integrative therapy, drawing on various therapeutic approaches. I favor a Humanistic person-centered approach, in which I work collaboratively with you. We will focus on your life now, how the past has shaped it, and the choices you make to find solutions and/or acceptance moving forward.
