My ideal clients are people experiencing overwhelm due to perfectionism, people pleasing & care taking tendencies. These are trauma responses. Together we will define your boundaries, find your voice, & get you living a life that you love. We will get to know all parts of you, what core beliefs are holding you back, and utilize EMDR and Internal Family Systems work to accept what's there, and reshape behavior patterns. I am passionate about treating the root cause for clients to grow quickly through boutique therapy that works for them.

I help people who have experienced trauma to notice, grieve, accept, & integrate all parts of self. I will help you to calm your nervous system to function from a place of curiosity & compassion so that new ways of being can emerge. At your pace, we will gently explore fear, shame, & grief to accept where you have been so you can create joy and ease.

I am amazed by my clients' resilience and strength everyday. I have a true passion for EMDR, IFS and psychedelic therapy. It is the work that works for me as the client.
