Are you feeling stuck, but don’t know how to change? Feeling sad, worried, and dissatisfied with your life? Do you feel overwhelmed, guilty, and unfulfilled in your relationships? Is your daily life difficult due to your racial identity, or relational/sexual orientation? Living away from your home country, and feeling alone? Making some major life transitions? I have over 20 years of therapy and counseling experience helping people with these issues, as well as anxiety, depression, stress, social anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and career development.
I specialize in providing therapy to younger and middle-aged adults. My style is culturally sensitive, relational, and genuine. I have extensive experience working with BIPOC individuals, college students, and LGBTQ people. I also love working with people who are living outside of their home countries. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach.
I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to see if we would be a good therapeutic match. Please feel free to contact me by email or by phone to schedule the consultation. If we are a good therapy fit, we can schedule our first appointment at the end of the call! If we are not a good therapy fit, I will try to refer you to therapists who are a better match
