The more we live in a culture of divisiveness, the more judgmental people become. Being quick to pass judgment on others can harm not only the target but the teller, the very person doing the judging. In addition to creating a cloud of negativity, judgmentalism can lead to conflict and stunt personal growth. With a little conscious effort, it is possible to shift out of a critical mindset.
This test is for anyone concerned that they may be rushing to judgment of others. This test is designed for adults and is not intended to be diagnostic.
If you think that being quick to pass judgment on others is limiting you personally or professionally, you can speak to a mental health professional about ways to develop a less critical mindset. You can find someone in the Psychology Today Therapy Directory.
