Do you fall apart during stress or do you find that you are stronger than others? The test will help you understand your reaction to stress - whether your personality helps you tough out those difficult times, or leads you to meltdown. Psychological hardiness has been shown to reduce the occurrence of illness in reaction to stress; it also is linked to the ability to thrive under pressure in both one's personal and professional life.
This test is made up of two types of questions: scenarios and self-assessment. For each scenario, answer according to how you would most likely behave in a similar situation. For the self-assessment questions, indicate the degree to which the given statements apply to you. In order to receive the most accurate results, please answer each question as honestly as possible.
