I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and the owner of Karga Psychiatric Nursing. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, OCD, and other mental health concerns.
I believe that the best treatment begins with listening. Every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment.
I work with adults ages 18–65 and provide medication management along with basic therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and related concerns. I do not specialize in child, adolescent, or geriatric psychiatry, and I’m not equipped to manage severe mental illness, substance use disorders, eating disorders, or personality disorders.
Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to start. You don’t have to sort through everything alone. I offer a steady, honest space where you can talk openly, understand what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more grounded and capable again.
