I specialize in evidence-based psychiatric medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, psychosis, burnout, and feeling mentally overwhelmed—especially for individuals who appear high-functioning on the outside but are struggling beneath the surface.
When appropriate, I also offer pharmacogenetic (genetic) testing, which can provide additional information about how your body may metabolize or respond to certain psychiatric medications, helping to guide treatment decisions.
My approach is collaborative, personalized, and judgment-free. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, provide a thorough evaluation, and ensure you are actively involved in treatment decisions. You'll always understand the reasoning behind recommendations and have a voice in your care.
